Your order is usually prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment is confirmed.
Delivery is handled by USPS, within 5 to 8 business days after shipping, in the United States. Accessories ordered with your blanket, such as the power bank, are delivered in the same package.
Shipping is free on every order in the United States, whatever the amount of your order.
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time by entering this number on our Track my order page.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary slightly depending on the destination and the carrier.
If your order is unusually late or if you run into a problem with the delivery, write to us from our Contact page: we reply Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Paris time), within 24 to 48 hours at most.
