These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern purchases made on the Mitoufli online store (the "Site").
The Terms are available at any time on the Site. By confirming your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of your order; we keep them and you can ask us for them at any time.

The Site offers heated blankets with sleeves and their accessories, such as a USB-C power bank (the "Products").
Each Product is presented with a description of its essential features, how it works, and how to care for it. Photographs are for illustration only and are not contractually binding; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Mitoufli Products are made in China and distributed by Mitoufli.
Unless stated otherwise on its product page, a blanket is sold without a battery: it works with a USB-C power bank of 20 W or more.
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and while stocks last.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free (see our Shipping Policy).
Mitoufli may change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force when your order is confirmed.
To place an order:
Mitoufli reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a previous dispute with the customer. In that case, you are fully refunded.
Payment is made when you place your order, using the payment methods offered on the checkout page. Payments are processed by secure payment providers: Mitoufli has no access to your full banking details and does not keep them.
The sales contract is formed when you receive the email confirming your order. This email summarizes your order and serves as proof of purchase.
Products are delivered to the address given when you placed your order. Your order is usually prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, and delivered by USPS within 5 to 8 business days after shipping, in the United States. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can track your package on our Track my order page.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days of its confirmation, or within the agreed time, you can ask us to deliver it within a reasonable additional period; if we fail to do so, you can cancel your order and we will refund you without delay.

To return a Product, let us know clearly from our Contact page, with your order number. You can use our return form, although you are not required to. We will give you the return address.
You must send the Products back to us with all their accessories. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We refund you on the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the Products or until you provide proof that they were shipped. You may be held responsible for any loss in value of a Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, features, and proper functioning.
If your blanket does not suit you, you can send it back to us and be refunded the price of the Products within 30 days of receiving your order, without having to give a reason, under the conditions described in our Refund Policy (blanket unwashed, complete, in its original packaging). This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
If your Product arrives damaged or defective, for example if it does not heat under normal conditions of use, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we ask you to write to us within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos of the product, the damage, the label, and the package, so that we can file a claim with the carrier. This request does not limit the guarantee above.
For any question, complaint, or order tracking, write to us from our Contact page. We reply Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Paris time), within 24 to 48 hours at most.
Products must be used according to their instructions and safety guidelines. In particular: use a USB-C power bank in good condition, of 20 W or more; do not leave the blanket heating unattended; turn it off and unplug the battery before sleeping; remove the controller box before washing. The heated blanket is not recommended for children or for people who have difficulty sensing heat; if in doubt, ask your doctor.
Mitoufli cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Products, nor for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control.
All elements of the Site (brand, logo, texts, photographs, design) belong to Mitoufli or are used with permission. Any reproduction without our prior written consent is prohibited.
The data you provide to us is processed to manage your order and our relationship, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mitoufli may change these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of your order.
As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the place where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
Before making any claim, write to us: we will always look for an amicable solution.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the other provisions remain in effect.
